2. Data Processing and Internet Connection within the Apps
a) Local Data Storage ("Leasing Tracker" & "Crown Drift")
The mobile applications "Leasing Tracker" and "Crown Drift" run completely locally on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to our own servers.
b) Internet-Based Data Retrieval ("Awesomatix Toolbox")
The mobile application "Awesomatix Toolbox" requires an active internet connection to function. The app retrieves technical data from an external website. During this process, your device connects to the target server, which technically processes your IP address to establish the connection and deliver the requested data. We do not track, analyze, or store your personal data or IP address on our own servers during this process. Legal basis: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in providing the core app functionality).
c) Local Storage and Cloud Synchronization ("PitMate")
The mobile application "PitMate" stores your created data (e.g., setups, manuals) locally on your device. Optionally, you can synchronize this data across your devices using your personal Google Drive account. This requires authentication via Google OAuth. The app only requests access to its own specific, app-restricted folder within your Google Drive. We do not have access to this data, nor do we transmit, store, or process it on our own servers. Authentication and data transfer are handled entirely between your device and Google. Legal basis for the sync feature: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a GDPR (Consent).
d) Permissions
Our apps do not request any permissions that are not strictly necessary for their functionality (e.g., internet access for "Awesomatix Toolbox" or Google Drive access for "PitMate").
3. Data Collection by Third-Party Platforms
a) Google Play Store (App Downloads & In-App Purchases)
Our apps ("Awesomatix Toolbox", "Leasing Tracker", "Crown Drift", "PitMate") are distributed via the Google Play Store. When downloading, updating, or making a purchase, transaction and device data (such as device IDs, IP addresses, and payment confirmation) is processed exclusively by the store operator, Google (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). b) Hosting and Provision of this Website (Cloudflare)
This website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA).
